JAZZ ENSEMBLE

The Jazz Band consists of modern jazz ensemble instrumentation and provides instruction in common-practice period and twenty-first century jazz band literature. Students will audition for the band at the end of the current school year. Membership in the Jazz Band is by audition only, and students are highly encouraged to take private lessons. The Jazz Band is a class that meets every school day and performs several concerts and festivals each year.
