The Band Boosters are all volunteers. Executive Committee positions are filled by elections in the spring of each year. Chair positions are appointed by the Executive Committee with guidance from our band director. Primary contact for student/parent software platform  

Brian Walden, Inventory Chair 

Oversees inventory of band uniforms and equipment

Elena Fournier, Volunteer Chair 

Recruits and places volunteers in positions as needed to support events


Tony Bernocco, Pit Boss

Oversees logistics of moving instruments and props on and off the field 

Sally Bernocco, Chaperoning Chair 

Oversee logistics for travel and assigns chaperones for off-campus events

Oversees all non-fundraising events

Coordinates the Newsome Music Festival, a Florida Marching Band Coalition competition

Oversees fundraising activities such as spirit nights, bingo nights, sales and raffles

Coordinates orders of all team and event wearable, and other band-related merchandise

Oversees volunteers who collect parking fees at Newsome home football games
